Hi, I'm Meg.
I have an interesting combination of skills: a Bachelor’s in Molecular Biology, an MBA, 15 years running a hospital lab, and experience co-founding a 7-figure construction business.
That combination taught me how to look at a business differently. I see how the pieces connect, where things are getting harder than they need to be, and what can be simplified.
Now I help coaches and service providers build businesses that are easier to run. I look at the whole picture, from leads and clients to payments, scheduling, communication, and the systems holding it all together.
I’m good at taking something that feels complicated and figuring out how to make it simpler.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me at my kids’ sporting events, cooking in cast iron, or outside in The Black Hills where I’m happiest.
