I’ve spent over two decades simplifying operations in hospital labs, construction, and coaching businesses—and I’ve learned that the best systems are the ones that get out of your way.
If you see yourself in this list, it’s time to stop managing the chaos and start building the structure that supports your growth.
How I Got Here
You didn’t start your business to become an operations expert—and you shouldn’t have to.
I spent 20+ years running high-stakes operations in environments where systems weren’t optional. As a Hospital Lab Director managing 24 people across four locations, one bottleneck could mean patient harm. In construction, inefficiency meant money and time we couldn’t afford to lose. I learned how to see the full system, spot what’s broken, and simplify complexity fast.
After leaving healthcare and trying my own coaching business, I realized something: coaching wasn’t my zone of genius. Building backends was. I was spending all my time fixing systems, connecting tools, and making things work—and I loved it. That’s when it clicked: there are dreamers and doers in this world. Coaches are dreamers with visions worth protecting. I’m the doer who builds the backend so you can stay in yours.
I simplify operations so you don’t have to learn them the hard way. The ripple effect of helping you make your impact? That’s the work I’m here to do
The problem isn’t that you need more tools or more help—it’s that your backend was never intentionally designed to support where you’re headed. So every time you grow, you hit the same wall: more manual work, more disconnections, more reliance on you to hold it all together. You’re stuck managing operations instead of coaching, losing time and capacity to a backend that’s slowing your growth instead of supporting it.
That’s where I come in. Whether you need clarity on what’s broken, a done-for-you system that works from day one, or ongoing support as you scale—I have three ways we can work together to get you out of the backend and back to your zone of genius.
The Human Behind the Systems
The systems matter. But so does the person building them. Here’s a little more about me outside the backend.
